The Fan Whisperer now offers complete bathroom fan installations in homes where no fan currently exists. Every installation is customized based on the home’s layout, ventilation requirements, and access to the exterior. All electrical work is performed by licensed electricians, ensuring a safe and code-compliant installation. Pricing varies based on the project’s complexity, location, and fan specifications.

LED Bathroom Fan Cover with Built-In Light

Upgrade your bathroom with our premium fan cover featuring an integrated 750-lumen LED light. This modern replacement grille not only refreshes the appearance of your bathroom exhaust fan but also provides bright, energy-efficient lighting for improved visibility.

Our standard installation price is only $88.88 + HST. In some installations, custom mounting hardware, brackets, or minor modifications may be required to ensure a secure and professional fit. When applicable, an additional $28.00 + HST will be charged for the required hardware and installation work.

Our LED fan covers are designed to fit fan openings up to 9.5″ × 10.5″, making them an excellent solution for upgrading many existing bathroom exhaust fans.

Cost: $188.00 + tax

Additional fan cleaning & lubrication cost $88+tax

When is just cleaning & lubrication an option?

• If you’re going to renovate and plan on upgrading your fan,

We do an audio gyro pressure test to see if your fan is a good candidate for refurbishing.

We disassemble the motor and refill the lubricant reservoir after cleaning the interior parts.

This process extends the life of your fan considerably.
